Four generations
For 4 generations, my family has been working the Écueil soil, in the heart of la Montagne de Reims. My great-grandfather, Émile, started this history in 1953 with the creation of the Champagne E. Allouchery & Fils. Georges, my grandfather, developed it with his willingness to undertake and his inventiveness.
Interpreting its history
In 1979, the duo composed of my parents, Alain and Marie-Line made resonated the family universe under the name Allouchery-Bailly. Being fully aware of the musicality of my Premier Cru vineyard, I keep being the author and the interpreter of it. Letting the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay express in unison through the signature: “With all the proper rules”.
