It is a wine that is deeply modern and with great pureness, dominated by the Chardonnay in the nose and the Pinot Noir in the palate.

THE EYE – The hue is crystal clear and bright golden in colour. The cordon is discrete and the bubbles are beautiful.
THE NOSE – A beautiful expression of yellow fruits, such as mirabelle and apricot. It shows an acidulous freshness and the finish reveals flavours of quince jam.
THE PALATE – The sweetness of honey, aromas of stewed fruits slightly spicy and pepper shades are present.
