The first one of our cuvées, it sets the tone. Diapason is the entry-level cuvée of Champagne Allouchery-Bailly and gathers all the operating instruments to tune them in unison. A universal and unifying cuvée needed to play all the œnological “scores” of the house.
Detailed description
THE EYE – A lovely golden-yellow hue.
THE NOSE – Expressive fruit aromas, especially yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum and apricot.
THE PALATE – Bright acidity on the palate, reflecting the fruity aromas perceived on the nose. Spicy and delicately peppery, with a hint of piquancy.
